IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL USB SYNC DEVICES


To Our Valued Legacy SkyCaddie Members,

For over a year, we have been communicating with customers who are using legacy SkyCaddie products manufactured before 2015 to advise them that our systems will no longer support those products. This support specifically relates to the antiquated USB connectivity method those legacy SkyCaddies use for course downloads and membership renewals.

We are now aware that customers are experiencing challenges and interruptions with the USB connection to CaddieSync. You may continue to use your device with your current membership; however, to ensure a seamless experience this golf season, we strongly recommend upgrading to our latest devices featuring Wi-Fi connectivity.

How to Update a Course using Wi-Fi

PRO 5X, SX550, SX500, SX400:

  • Power On your SkyCaddie
  • From Home Screen choose PLAY GOLF
  • Select the Course to update
  • Choose Update
  • Please stay in range of Wi-Fi until the SYNC is complete
  • Sync Complete/ Select “CLOSE”

LX5 & LX2 Wi-Fi SYNC

How do I connect using Wi-FI?

There is no need to connect to your computer through USB. Easily connect to WIFI by following the instructions below:

• Power ON & Choose “SYNC”
• Select “Wi-Fi Sync”
• Choose “Network” (router)
• Login with your Network Password and “Connect”
• Sync Complete/ Select “CLOSE”

For customers using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth-enabled SkyCaddie models, please refer to our helpful guide to renewing and syncing here: CLICK HERE

Per our communication over the last 12 months, customers with older SkyCaddie models without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities, Caddie Sync Express may no longer be compatible with your device.

New Course Request

We constantly update our SkyCourse library. Only SkyCaddie goes back to the golf course with the course’s permission and re-walks the course, recording changes made to the course since our last visit. If for some reason we don’t have your course mapped, please CLICK HERE and fill out the requested information.

Request A Course Update

If a course has been renovated or our map is incorrect, please CLICK HERE and fill out the requested information.

Search Courses

If the course map you want to download to your SkyCaddie is not displayed on your course list, you will need to search for the new course. Please follow the instruction below to add new courses to your courses list.

1) To search for a new course, click the “Search Courses” button at the top of the Courses page.

2) Search for courses by entering either the course or facility name of a specific course or you can search by location entering a zip code or city and state.

3) Click the “Add to My Courses” button next to each course you want to add to Your Courses list.

4) Click "Courses" at the top of the page to return to Your Courses list.

5) To select a course for download click the Select button to the right of the course name. (The course status will change to "Selected for Download," and a check mark will appear in the box.)

6) Use your SkyCaddie to SYNC the courses via Wi-Fi.
